The RefriCore BGKR Series delivers professional temperature control in the most demanding industrial environments. Using R410A non-flammable refrigerant — not the combustible R32 found in standard units — every BGKR model eliminates the risk of refrigerant-induced chemical explosions. Both indoor and outdoor units are fitted with self-developed sealed explosion-proof enclosures, precision-manufactured on OEM production lines, and certified to China National Explosion-Proof Electrical CCC standards.
Certified EX deibmbIIB/IICT4 — covers Group IIA (propane), IIB (ethylene), and IIC (acetylene/hydrogen) flammable gases and vapours, T1–T4 temperature classes.
R410A non-flammable refrigerant eliminates the chemical explosion risk associated with R32 refrigerant commonly used in consumer units, critical for industrial production environments.
Designed and approved for both Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous locations where explosive gas, vapour, or mist atmospheres may be present continuously or occasionally.
BGKR-26 through BGKR-120 cover spaces from 10 m² up to 85 m², with cooling capacities of 2,650 W to 12,000 W and heating capacities of 2,920 W to 12,500 W.

Self-developed flameproof sealed housings on both indoor and outdoor units prevent ignition of surrounding explosive atmospheres, meeting deibmb protection concept.
Unlike standard R32 units, RefriCore BGKR uses R410A refrigerant classified as non-flammable (A1), eliminating refrigerant-source chemical explosion risk in industrial production.
Standard RS485 interface enables remote on/off switching, mode selection, temperature and fan speed adjustment, and live monitoring of operating status, room temperature, and fault codes.
After a power outage, the unit automatically resumes operation at pre-set parameters — enabling 7×24 uninterrupted ventilation and temperature management without manual intervention.
3HP and 5HP models integrate a dual-machine backup controller: two units alternate operation to extend service life, and automatic failover activates if one unit faults or goes offline for maintenance.
Configurable delay startup staggers compressor and fan motor ignition, reducing inrush current and protecting electrical infrastructure during startup in sensitive industrial facilities.
Group II explosive gas-air mixtures (including vapours and mists) are classified into IIA, IIB, and IIC subgroups based on Maximum Experimental Safe Gap (MESG) and Minimum Igniting Current Ratio (MICR). The RefriCore BGKR Series is rated for Group IIB, covering IIA and IIB gases and their vapour environments, operating safely within T1–T4 temperature classifications.

Standard RS485 bus connectivity allows integration with plant DCS or SCADA systems. Operators can remotely switch power, change operating mode, adjust setpoints and fan speed, and receive real-time alerts on unit status, ambient temperature, and fault diagnostics.
A programmable startup delay staggers compressor and blower motor activation, reducing peak inrush current and preventing circuit overloads during startup — particularly important in facilities with shared power infrastructure.
The integrated backup controller alternates between two units for load balancing and extended service life. Should a primary unit fail or require maintenance, the secondary unit starts automatically to prevent temperature excursions — a critical feature for high-risk environments where HVAC failure is not an option.
